Are your products packed gift ready?


Yes! Out of the box, our products are wrapped and gift ready - meaning, there aren't any hidden price tags, labels or invoice slips to worry about!


What payment methods do we accept?


We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards.


When will my order arrive?


We generally dispatch all orders in 1-2 working days.

UK Deliveries:
Standard and Express options are available for the UK. You will receive a tracking number for both options when it is dispatched. You can view our estimated delivery table here.

International Deliveries:
Estimated delivery may vary depending on where you are situated in the world, you will receive a tracking number when it is dispatched. You can view our estimated delivery table here.

Your tracking information will be included in your shipping confirmation email.


Can I track my order?


When your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will contain a tracking number.

We generally dispatch all orders in 1-2 working days. If you did not receive this email after 3 working days, please contact us.


The delivery tracking service says that my tracking number cannot be found!


When your order is ready to be shipped and logged with our delivery partner, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will contain a tracking number. It may take a couple of hours for the package to be registered into their systems. In the meantime, just sit back and enjoy a cup of tea!


My parcel is marked as delivered, but I haven't received it!


If your tracking states that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please first check with any surrounding neighbours for someone might have accepted the parcel on your behalf.

If you had your Beacon & Armour order delivered to a workplace, please check with all employees who may have accepted the parcel.

Couriers may update the tracking as delivered prior to delivery, so please allow up to 24 hours before assuming the parcel is lost. If after this period, you are still unable to locate your order, contact us with your order details and we will do all we can to help you.


Will I have to pay any duties and taxes on top of my order?


You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

Please be aware that we do not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.


Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by us, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.


What if I received a faulty or wrong hardware?


We work hard to ensure all our hardware sold are of the highest quality.

However if you have any concerns with a faulty, damaged or wrong hardware, please contact us so we can urgently review the matter for you!


How do I return a purchased hardware?


We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the hardware/s is in its original condition with tag in place. Hardware/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. A full refund of the product (excluding shipping fees) will be processed after it has been received and verified. You will be liable for the return shipment.

I bought the wrong size. How can I exchange my hardware?


We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery if the hardware/s is in its original condition with tag in place. Hardware/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
