Frequently asked questions.

Company and operations.

Where are you based?

The Beacon & Armour team is currently based in London, however we often find ourselves working remotely from around the world.

Why are you transparent about your price?

We believe that customers should not judge the value of the product solely based on the price they pay. Our product pages are designed to highlight what we value more than the price itself. This includes the materials we choose, the intentional designs that benefit the customer and the stories they carry. We disclose the cost of the product because we want to remove the customer’s game of guessing. We hope that this will help clarify that what you pay for is indeed what you will get.

That being said, if you want to contribute more towards Beacon & Armour’s overheads, marketing and operational costs, we would be very grateful if you did so at the payments page at checkout. Simply add your desired amount under ‘Additional Contributions’.

Are there any job vacancies or internship opportunities?

You will be able to find out about our latest vacancies or internship opportunities on our ‘join the team’ page. Alternatively, if you would like to be considered for future openings, please send your CV to info at beacon-armour.com.

Caring for your product is key to its longevity! We’ve created a care guide where you can learn more about caring for your product.

How do I find out about the materials used and where it was made?

We do our best to select the highest quality materials available to us. We are proud to be a British brand and try our best to source all materials where possible from the UK. These materials and where they are made are highlighted and disclosed on their respective product pages.

Order and delivery.

Where are your products made?

Products from Acme Reserve, Beacon & Armour’s in-house collection, are manufactured in the United Kingdom and/or the EU. We source the materials and parts for these products from the UK, choosing only the highest quality available to us.

Products from Collaborations are made by craftsmen in their respective countries. You can learn more about them on their respective product pages.

What size should I order?

We have created a sizing guide on each product page. If you need further assistance, feel free to drop us a message!

How does Klarna’s financing work?

We offer Klarna’s ‘Pay 30 days after delivery’ and ‘Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments’.

Pay 30 days after delivery
Pay up to 30 days after you’ve received your order without any interest, fees or credit application. If you would like to take advantage of this payment option, please choose Klarna at checkout.

Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments
Split your total order into 3 interest-free payments! Simply set up the automatic payments with your card at checkout and we’ll process your order.

I bought the wrong size. How can I exchange my order?

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery if the product is in its original condition. Products must not have been worn/used, washed or altered in any way. Your replacement will be shipped out after your return has been received and verified. You will be liable for the return shipment.

Please reach out to us before arranging for a return.

We are a small business and are not able to offer free returns. Additionally, we want to minimise moving our products back and forth to reduce our overall carbon-footprint. We highly encourage you to double-check sizing before placing an order. If ever you are not sure, please reach out to us; we are more than happy to advise on size.

To our friends in the EU:
When returning a product, please mark it clearly as 'returned goods'. This prevents a second taxes and fees charge as it enters the UK. Unfortunately, we will have to deduct any charges from your final refund if this is not done correctly.

What payment methods do we accept?

We currently accept most credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro), Paypal and Klarna.

Why do you include additional contributions at the payment page?

We believe that customers should not judge the value of the product solely based on the price they pay. This is why we include a price transparency segment on our product pages. If you would like to additionally contribute to Beacon & Armour’s overheads, marketing and operational costs, you can do so at the payment page.

Will I have to pay any import duties and taxes on top of my order?

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These may be due at the point of, or after delivery.
